Transparency

Strengthening Roma NGOs as transparent and independent watchdog organisations

The transparency and accountability criteria give recommendations on how grassroots civil society organisations should be governed and managed in order to be reliable and accountable.  Fulfilling the criteria will bring attention to an organisation’s quality work. The set of criteria focuses on governance, financial management and performance.

Transparency Board Game

A board game to help you fall in love with the dreadful issues of accountability and transparency. It helps you to raise awareness of transparency and accountability issues for civil society organisations, it encourages you to develop ideas on how to become more transparent and accountable civil society organisations and kicks off the reflection process on setting up internal regulations that improve transparency and accountability.

Read the instructions. Then plan a ‘boardgame day’ with your team mates or colleagues, download and print the playing cards and the board and start playing!
