ERGO Network is led by a board of six people, who are:
The Board of Directors are Elżbieta Mirga-Wójtowicz (Vice-Chair), Soraya Post (Chair), Isak Skenderi, Dragan Joković, Monika Mihaličková and Daniel Rădulescu (Treasurer). The board of the European Roma Grassroots Organisations Network (aisbl) meets twice per year to approve its main policy lines and oversee ERGO’s finances.
